Aditya Birla Group HeadstaRt 2026 is the flagship national HR competition by Aditya Birla Group, designed exclusively for first and second-year HR students from select premier B-Schools. The competition challenges participants to solve real-world Human Resource problems through business simulations, case studies, and strategic presentations while competing for cash prizes, PPO/PPI opportunities, and national recognition.

The competition focuses on developing future HR leaders by testing analytical thinking, business acumen, leadership, and decision-making skills in practical business scenarios.

• Students from Select Eligible B-Schools

Competition Structure

Round 1 – Business Simulation

Teams participate in a one-hour online business simulation where the team leader solves real-life HR scenarios within an eight-hour window. Performance is evaluated based on HR knowledge, business understanding, and decision-making ability.

Round 2 – Case Study Challenge

Shortlisted teams receive two business case studies and choose one to solve. Teams must submit:

• A 2-slide Executive Summary (PDF)
• A Solution Presentation Video

Solutions are evaluated on innovation, practicality, strategic thinking, and business impact.

Grand Finale

The top-performing teams are invited to Mumbai to present their solutions before senior leaders and HR experts from Aditya Birla Group. A pre-finale engagement activity will also be conducted before the final presentations.
