This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for digital study products purchased on SPPU Engineers. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Overview
At SPPU Engineers, we aim to keep purchases clear and transparent for semester packs, notes, master solutions, combos, and other digital products on our platform.
Products are delivered digitally through your authenticated account and the in-app study viewer (or legacy Drive links only where explicitly mentioned). Access is activated after successful payment and enrollment.
2. General No-Refund Policy
All purchases on SPPU Engineers are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted to your account.
Because digital products provide immediate or near-immediate access to licensed study materials, refunds are not available for change of mind, user error, dissatisfaction after access, or failure to use the product before expiry.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations are not applicable in the traditional sense because products are digital and access begins after payment confirmation.
If you made a duplicate payment for the same product, contact us within 24 hours with your order ID and transaction details.
Once verified, we may process a partial or full refund at our discretion.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same product or enrollment.
- Amount deducted but access not granted due to a verified technical error on our side.
- Payment discrepancy caused by the payment gateway after investigation.
- Other cases required by applicable consumer protection law.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after internal verification, back to the original payment method where possible.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe purchased content differs substantially from what was described on the product or checkout page, report the issue on the same day of purchase to support@sppuengineers.in with your order ID.
Our team will review the case according to this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
6. Digital Products Only
SPPU Engineers sells digital access only — notes, master solutions, PYQs, and related materials through the platform viewer. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Physical returns, replacements, or courier-related claims do not apply.
7. Payments and Cashfree
Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
Only pay through official SPPU Engineers checkout on sppuengineers.in. We are not responsible for fraudulent activity on unofficial or external payment pages.
Double-check the payment URL, amount, and product details before confirming payment.
8. Events, Internships and Third-Party Services
Some platform features may link to external opportunities such as internships, events, scholarships, or competitions operated by third parties.
SPPU Engineers is not responsible for fees, outcomes, or refund policies of those third-party services.
9. User Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying product details, branch, pattern, semester, and account email before purchase.
Incorrect account use, credential sharing, account suspension due to policy violations, or loss of access caused by misuse will not qualify for refunds or recovery support.

Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
