Educational materials and platform features are intended to remain academic, student-focused, and appropriate for exam preparation.

We collect only the information needed to operate your account, deliver purchases, and keep the Platform secure — such as Google sign-in details, verified mobile number, profile data, purchase records, and session information.

Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments over encrypted connections. We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

Only complete purchases through official SPPU Engineers checkout pages on our domain.

Notes, master solutions, and PYQs are curated and reviewed to align with listed SPPU syllabus patterns where applicable.

Content may be updated when syllabi change. Report errors or outdated material via support@sppuengineers.in or our feedback page.

Purchased study materials are licensed for personal academic use through your account and the protected in-app viewer.

Redistribution, resale, public sharing, screenshot/recording abuse, credential sharing, and bypassing platform protections are prohibited and may result in suspension.

We monitor sign-ins and device sessions to detect unusual access, account sharing, and fraud.

You can review and revoke active sessions from your dashboard where available. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Important updates about purchases, access, and platform changes are shared through official channels such as email and your dashboard.

Marketing emails are sent only if you have opted in. You can update newsletter preferences from your account.
