By accessing or using SPPU Engineers (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Trust and Safety, and other referenced policies.

If you do not agree, do not create an account, complete verification, make a purchase, or use the Platform.

SPPU Engineers is an independent educational platform for engineering students under Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to SPPU.

Students sign in with Google, verify their mobile number, complete onboarding, purchase digital study products, and study inside our protected in-app viewer. Access is account-based and controlled by enrollments and expiry.

The Platform may also provide events, internships, scholarships, resources, updates, and academic tools. Selected legacy study content may open on Google Drive only where explicitly mentioned on the relevant page.

You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are a minor, use the Platform only with applicable guardian consent.

Sign-in is through Google authentication. We receive your name, email, and profile photo to create and maintain your account. You must use a Google account you own and control.

You must verify your Indian mobile number via OTP before accessing certain features. Provide an accurate number that belongs to you. Sharing OTPs, using another person’s number, or attempting to bypass verification is prohibited.

During onboarding you provide college, branch, year, semester, and related profile details. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials, verified phone number, and account access secure.

We may monitor active device sessions, sign-in activity, access logs, and usage patterns to protect accounts, prevent fraud, and enforce these Terms.

• Do not share your Google account, OTP, or dashboard access with others.
• Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free previews, coupons, referrals, or promotions.
• Unusual concurrent access across many devices, repeated logins from suspicious locations, or attempts to bypass session limits may lead to review, restriction, or suspension.
• You may manage or revoke active sessions from your account where the feature is available.
• Notify us promptly at support@sppuengineers.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

We offer digital products including semester packs, notes, master solutions, combos, PYQs, and other listed offerings. Pricing, inclusions, coupons, and validity are shown at checkout.

Study materials are licensed, not sold. Access is granted to your authenticated account after successful payment and enrollment activation. Products may differ by branch, pattern, semester, and syllabus version.

Free preview units may be available on selected subjects. Memberships, bundles, or promotional packs, when offered, are limited to the products and duration shown on the purchase page and in your enrollment record.

All notes, master solutions, PYQs, viewer content, and related materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial, individual academic use only while your enrollment is active.

• Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, broadcast, or publicly share paid materials.
• Do not use content to run a competing or commercial tutoring service without written permission.
• Do not remove, alter, or obscure licensing notices, watermarks, or access controls.

Protected materials are delivered through the in-app PDF viewer. Access is tied to your authenticated account and active enrollments only.

The Platform may apply visible and/or invisible watermarks linked to your account (such as registered email, name, phone number, or other licensing markers).

The following are strictly prohibited: screenshots, screen recording, downloading, printing beyond permitted limits, OCR extraction, scraping, crawling, automation, bulk copying, reverse-engineering the viewer or platform, bypassing technical protections, sharing viewer links or session tokens, and removing or defeating watermarks.

We may log viewer access, apply rate limits, and use technical controls to detect and prevent misuse. Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, piracy, or credential sharing may be suspended or terminated without prior notice where permitted by law.

Many products have semester-based or academic-cycle validity. Your access end date is shown at checkout, in your purchase record, and on your study dashboard.

When an enrollment expires, protected in-app access to the corresponding product may stop unless you renew or purchase again under then-current terms and pricing.

Selected legacy 2019-pattern notes may still open on Google Drive only where specifically mentioned on the study page. Legacy Drive access is separate from the in-app viewer, is not guaranteed, and may be changed or withdrawn over time.

When using Google Drive or any external resource, you remain bound by these Terms, the third party’s terms, and all licensing restrictions in this document.

Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments or another approved gateway shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorise us and the payment provider to charge the displayed amount, including applicable taxes and discounts.

We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. Payment status and limited transaction metadata may be retained for fulfilment, support, accounting, and fraud prevention.

Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or where required by law.

If payment was deducted but access was not granted, you were charged twice, or you believe a transaction was fraudulent, contact support@sppuengineers.in with your order ID. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment abuse may result in account suspension.

Study materials are for educational assistance only. They do not guarantee marks, grades, pass results, university approval, or official syllabus equivalence.

Syllabus, exam patterns, timetables, and university policies may change without notice. Content may be updated, corrected, or replaced over time. Always refer to official SPPU notices, textbooks, and faculty guidance.

Any AI-assisted features (such as explanations, summaries, or search help) are informational only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and must not replace official university resources or your own judgement.

You are responsible for how you use platform content in assignments, exams, and submissions, including compliance with your institution’s academic integrity rules.

Career tips, placement guidance, resume suggestions, and similar content do not guarantee internships, jobs, admissions, scholarships, or interview outcomes.

We may list or link to events, hackathons, competitions, scholarships, internships, placements, and other opportunities operated by third parties. These are managed by their respective organisers.

We do not control eligibility, application processes, fees, dates, compensation, certificates, selection, or outcomes. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Review the third party’s terms and privacy policy before applying or paying any fee. We do not guarantee selection, shortlisting, prizes, stipends, or employment.

We are not liable for inaccurate listings, cancellations, schedule changes, eligibility rejections, or third-party misconduct.

External links (websites, forms, Drive folders, social channels, and tools) are used at your own discretion. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, or practices.

Use the Platform lawfully, respectfully, and only for personal educational purposes consistent with these Terms.

• Do not harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.
• Do not post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or misleading content.
• Do not spam, solicit improperly, impersonate others, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with platform operations or security.
• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or automate extraction of platform data or content.
• Comply with applicable laws and your college’s academic integrity policies.
• Report access issues, payment problems, or suspected abuse promptly to support.

Platform software, design, branding, curated content, notes, solutions, graphics, and original materials are owned by SPPU Engineers or licensed to us, except where third-party rights apply.

No ownership or broad licence is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms. Trademarks, logos, and names belong to their respective owners.

We collect and process account, profile, purchase, access, device session, and support data needed to operate and secure the Platform.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights. By using the Platform, you consent to processing described there.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, and core functionality. We may use analytics to understand usage and improve the Platform. Analytics data is not sold as personal information.

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, change features, modify pricing for new purchases, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

Temporary outages, syllabus-driven content changes, payment-network issues, or third-party service interruptions may occur without liability to us.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or piracy, created a security risk, misused coupons or payments, or harmed other users or the Platform.

Where permitted by law and our policies, suspension or termination may occur without refund of fees already paid for misused or revoked access.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Certain legal obligations, licence restrictions, and indemnities survive termination.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power failures, government actions, labour disputes, or third-party provider outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPPU Engineers and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, opportunities, academic results, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim, unless a higher limit is required by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPPU Engineers and its team from claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful conduct connected to your account.

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, security practices, or business changes.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the latest version was posted. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
