Flipkart GRiD 8.0 – India's Largest Engineering Challenge is the flagship national-level engineering competition organized by Flipkart to identify top technical talent across India. The competition serves as Flipkart's premier hiring platform for Software Development Engineers (SDEs), AI Engineers, and Data Scientists, providing students with opportunities to secure internships, full-time roles, mentorship, and national recognition.

Participants can compete across three independent tracks and solve real-world engineering challenges inspired by Flipkart's large-scale e-commerce platform.

Profile Screening

Applications are shortlisted based on academic profile and submitted details.

Online Coding Assessment

Qualified participants attempt an online coding assessment designed according to their selected track.

Technical Challenge

Shortlisted candidates solve advanced engineering or business-oriented technical challenges relevant to Software Development, AI Engineering, or Data Science.

National Finals

Top participants are invited to Flipkart Headquarters, Bengaluru, where they present their solutions before Flipkart's engineering leadership.
