PEC Hacks 4.0

PEC Hacks 4.0 is a premier 36-hour national-level student hackathon organized by Panimalar Engineering College (PEC), Chennai. The hackathon brings together engineering students from across India to build innovative software and hardware solutions for real-world challenges while collaborating with mentors, industry experts, and fellow innovators.

With participants from 500+ colleges and 80+ cities, PEC Hacks has become one of Tamil Nadu's largest student hackathons, providing an ideal platform for learning, networking, and showcasing breakthrough ideas.

Who Can Participate

• Engineering Students (UG & PG)
• High School Students (School Track)
• Teams from different colleges are allowed.
• Software and hardware projects are both accepted.

Hackathon Journey

Registration & Idea Submission

Teams register online and submit their initial project idea for evaluation.

Shortlisting & Mentorship

Selected teams are announced after the screening process and receive 1:1 mentorship sessions from industry experts to improve their solution before the final event.

36-Hour Grand Finale

Shortlisted teams participate in a 36-hour offline hackathon at Panimalar Engineering College, where they build, refine, and present their projects before an expert jury.
