Frontend - Intern

Role Overview

As a Front-End Software Development Intern at FloBiz, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our ambitious neo-banking platform for SMEs in India. Your primary responsibility will be translating Sketch/Invision/Figma designs into responsive, high-performance web pages. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and designers, to deliver new features, enhance existing functionality, and ensure the best possible user experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Convert Sketch/Invision/Figma designs into fully functional web pages.
• Write reusable and high-performance code to create scalable front-end solutions.
• Develop responsive code optimized for Web, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Actively contribute to the development of robust applications and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members to ship new features, resolve issues, and continuously improve the product.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs promptly.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

• Proficient in any web-based framework, willingness to learn Angular 16+.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and LESS or SASS.
• Proficiency in understanding and consuming REST Web Services / RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability and willingness to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
