Sphera is hiring Software Quality Engineers for its Bangalore office. The role involves testing and validating enterprise software products, developing automated test solutions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests
• Perform front-end and back-end software testing
• Participate in improving QA processes and testing methodologies
• Maintain bug tracking data and ensure issue consistency
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Investigate technical and business issues with company products
• Ensure timely completion of testing activities with attention to detail

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of software testing experience
