About this Scholarship
The AICTE YASHASVI (Young Achievers' Scholarship) Scheme supports meritorious students pursuing core engineering and diploma programmes in AICTE-approved institutions. The scholarship aims to encourage students in core technical disciplines by providing annual financial assistance. The 2026–27 application portal is open.
Benefits

Eligibility
• Indian citizen
• Admitted to the 1st year of an AICTE-approved Engineering Degree or Diploma programme (or 2nd year through lateral entry)
• Family annual income not exceeding ₹8 lakh
• Applicable to eligible core engineering branches such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics, Agriculture, Textile, etc.
